since we haven't been to the grocery store in a while and it was my night to cook, i examined the pantry and fridge. the only thing i could find was some rice, canned green beans, sour cream, s7p and a box of bisquick and a few condiments.

i thawed the chicken breasts and thinly sliced them. threw them in a bowl with the sour cream and mixed it up real good and let it sit for about 30 mins.

pulled the strips out of the sour cream and sprinkled them very lightly with the bisquick and added a bit of black pepper, and fried them up.

man was it good, i think i've made a new discovery! just go very lightly on the bisquick.

tonite, on to publix!
