wow, what a different type of mexican fusion.

tried to get the 'old standard' cheese enchaladas, rice and beans. you know the 'standard' fare.

what i ended up with was really different. no rice, fried potatos instead.

all was really good except for a 'tapas' i'm still out on a limb on.

it had rasins, papaya, mango and pineapple drizzled with a cilantro lime sauce, wrapped in a very thin, almost crepe like tortilla covered with a chipolte mole' sauce. very different!

i'm not sure that i liked it, but would try it again.

they really do mex different in old san antoin!

There is another infamous restaurant in San Antonio. I can't remember what it is called, though. I've been there twice and it really seemed like "the place" to be. Just plain ole good, authentic Mexican fare.
