Forces NASA to restate hottest years on Record. The hottest year is now 1938.

These graphs were created by NASA's Reto Ruedy and James Hansen (who shot to fame when he accused the administration of trying to censor his views on climate change). Hansen refused to provide McKintyre with the algorithm used to generate graph data, so McKintyre reverse-engineered it. The result appeared to be a Y2K bug in the handling of the raw data.

I remember back when I was about 14 or so and I was in Missouri for a few weeks. The temperature at the time was 114 degrees for several days. This was not in the same decade we were told about global cooling.

It's been hot before and will be again. It's been cold before and will be again.
